Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 April 2026 · Equaliser AI Ltd

Acceptance

By using Equaliser AI you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the service.

The service

Equaliser AI is a paid-media intelligence platform. We provide AI-driven insights, reports, and tooling via equaliser.ai. We don’t guarantee specific outcomes — the decisions are yours. The platform is a decision-support tool, not a replacement for professional judgement.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. One login per person — sharing accounts breaches the Terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you bring to the platform (advertising data, reports, brand assets). We process it only to deliver the service — see the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
  • Don’t use the service for unlawful activity or content.
  • Don’t connect data sources you don’t have permission to connect.
  • Don’t share your login. Additional seats are £ per user.

Fees & billing

Paid plans bill monthly in GBP. Cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for material service failures.

Uptime & support

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on production. Scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance. Support via email within 1 business day for paid plans.

Limitation of liability

Equaliser AI is provided “as is”. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you’ve paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days’ notice. We can terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. On termination we’ll export your data in a portable format within 30 days.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes

We’ll notify registered users of material changes by email 14 days before they take effect.
